This policy explains how AccGame247 handles customer, order, support, and Meta marketing-ops data. Last updated: June 8, 2026.
We collect data needed to process orders, deliver purchased game-account information, prevent fraud, provide support, and understand marketing performance. This can include name, email, phone or social contact details, order records, payment status, support messages, device or attribution data, and Meta Page or ad-account identifiers connected by an administrator.
Data is used for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, service security, analytics, and read-only marketing operations. The Meta integration is used to read ad insights, Page comments, and Messenger inbox items for support triage. It does not auto-send replies, publish Page posts, create ads, change budgets, or mutate production prices.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed for hosting, payments, email, analytics, or support, and only to operate AccGame247. Tokens and secrets are stored server-side and are not returned to the browser. Data is retained only as long as needed for operations, legal records, security, and support.
